We started with one short idea: the cheeseburger you already know, made the way it should be, at a price that doesn't make you think twice. Not a chain, and not a thirty-euro gourmet burger.
Beef smashed on the griddle to order, a potato brioche bun, cheese that actually melts and fries we cut here. Our sauces are our own, and they have names: Jackie Mustard, Scorpion BBQ, Carolina Búfalo.
A short menu with nothing on it for the sake of it, plus the odd drop when we feel like it. American inspiration without the overdone diner cliché, ingredients from as close by as we can get them, and in the background our Spotify list: eight hours of rock with a blues streak, and not one radio classic.
