Coming to the restaurant
What are your opening hours?
The kitchen is open Monday to Thursday from 13:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 23:00; on Fridays until 23:30. On Saturdays we don't close at midday: straight through from 13:00 to 23:30. On Sundays, 13:00 to 16:30 and 20:00 to 23:00. The dining room opens before the kitchen; the full day-by-day timetable is on the home page.
Do I need to book?
You can just turn up. If you're a group or coming at peak time, booking is the safe bet: it takes a minute on the website.
Is there parking?
Yes. We're next to the Dehesa de Navalcarbón sports centre, in Las Rozas, and there's room to leave the car.
Can I come with children?
Yes, and plenty of families do. It's an open dining room with other people eating around you, so we'd appreciate it if you keep them close to the table. Happy to have you.
Allergies and diets
Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes: a gluten-free brioche bun on any burger, and a fryer used only for the fries. You choose it when ordering, just like the regular bun. We publish the allergen table for the whole menu, dish by dish.
That said, let's be straight with you: everything is cooked in one single kitchen. We are extremely careful, but we cannot guarantee one hundred per cent that there are no traces. If your case is a delicate one, tell us when you order and we'll explain exactly how we work so you can decide for yourself.
Are there vegetarian or vegan options?
Almost the whole menu adapts, and not with a separate dish: we change the burger you actually fancy. When ordering you can swap the beef for Heura, choose a cristal bun with no animal ingredients and drop the cheese or any sauce that doesn't work for you. On the menu in the restaurant, the dishes that allow it are marked with a V.
Celebrations and special orders
Can I bring my own birthday cake?
No: food and drink from outside aren't allowed. But we make our own desserts —cheesecake, brownie, cookie and carrot cake— and if it's a celebration, let us know when you book and we'll set it up.
Do you sell t-shirts?
Not yet. You ask us often enough, so they're on the way: when there's a shop, it'll be announced here.
